All product prices displayed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

We currently offer delivery within Lahore.

Our goal is to deliver orders within 24 hours in Lahore, subject to product availability, order confirmation, location, weather, traffic, and other circumstances beyond our control.

A delivery charge of PKR 220 applies to Lahore orders. Orders containing the Premium Family Combo qualify for free delivery in Lahore.

Customers should provide a complete and accurate delivery address and remain available to receive their order.

Delivery times may occasionally be delayed due to:

• Weather conditions
• Public holidays
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
• Unavailability of the customer
• Unexpected operational issues

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

We generally do not accept returns for products that have been opened, consumed, damaged after delivery, or improperly stored by the customer.
